Hello World: First Post
To celebrate the first posting of BSBeer, here is a picture of my first brew in a glass. This was shot on a crappy BB Curve, hence the bad pictures. But that's ok, because we've recently upgraded camera's! So future pictures will be beautiful!
About the beer:
5 gallon brew:
Coopers Draught hopped LME
Corn Suger
Ferment at about 80.
Yeah, it stings just as much as it sounds, but dammit, it's my first beer!!
...
Yeah, I'm probably pitching it. After 6 months it still sucks to try to drink. It tastes like a cider, but not in the good way.
